"It's going to transform your brand — but more importantly, it transforms you. The best program I've ever been in."

— Tyesha, TJ's Atelier

You've got the palette. The fonts.
Maybe even a tagline you like most days.

So why does it still feel like:

You're holding your breath every time you hit post

You're aimlessly posting what feels "on-brand-ish," and somehow nothing's landing

You're frozen in indecision and a little paralyzed by the idea of being perceived online

You've been unintentionally passive in the brand you spent so much time building

You're living in Tinkertown — tweaking your color palette for the fifteenth time instead of saying the thing you actually want to say

You're always learning, always signing up for the next workshop, and somehow still not ready to execute

You know something's missing — you just can't put your finger on what

if nothing changes

Here's what it costs to keep coasting

None of that is a typography problem.
None of that is a Notion-template problem.
It's not even a consistency problem.

It's a POV problem.

Nice to look at. Easy to scroll past. Almost impossible to remember.

Your brand stays stuck in "polished but skippable."

💔

Should I post this? Is this on-brand? What if people think— The bandwidth that should be growing the business is getting eaten alive by second-guessing.

Your best energy goes to decisions that should already be made.

💔

And each time, you lose another inch of authority you didn't know you had.

Every "what do you do?" answer comes out a little different.

💔

Everything starts with a point of view.

my approach

Have you been hunting for clarity in your brand documents — moodboard after moodboard, framework after framework, template after template — and somehow it all looks great, feels great, but you're still not executing?

Clarity comes from doing the point-of-view work — the messy, generative, sometimes very uncomfortable work of actually saying what you believe about your craft, your industry, your customer, and yourself.

That's where Brand, Lived starts. Not with your content calendar. Not with cute Instagram stories. Your point of view.

And if that sounds boring, wait till you see how fucking lit up you get when you actually break through. I'll push you to get really dang specific. You're going to sweat a little. And you'll come out the other side better for it.

➡️ What if posting felt like an exhale instead of a breath-holding contest?

➡️ What if "what do you do?" had a one-line answer that came out the same every time?

➡️ What if you had a Brand OS — a living Notion dashboard that held every part of your brand in one place, and got smarter the longer you used it?

➡️ What if showing up online stopped feeling like performing?

➡️ What if your best energy went into the work, instead of into spiraling about whether to post?

➡️ What if your brand stopped being something you make
and started being something you operate?

What if it looked like this instead?

on the other side

Brand, Lived is where your brand stops being something you create and starts becoming something you operate.

After 6 weeks, you leave with:

🐰 A set of Points of View you can articulate in your sleep

🐰 A clear-as-day picture of who you're for — the actual humans your brand was built to serve, not a vague "ideal client" persona

🐰 Finally, a bridge between what you believe and what your audience actually wants and needs — so your content lands as relevant, not random

🐰 A Brand OS — a living Notion dashboard that holds every breathing part of your brand. You'll add to it, refine it, evolve it, and build on it for years.

🐰 A new approach to showing up on Instagram that actually fits around your real schedule and rhythm — drawing parallels from your life into your business

🐰 An actual action plan for when you ideate, when you film and create, when you edit, when you write — your unique process for content that works inside your real week

🐰 An eviction from Tinkertown — and a team effort to get visible, so you can prove to yourself you can actually do this. No sweat.

🐰 14 cohort-mates who'll know your name, your brand, and your arc

Think of it like a user manual for your brand.

Your Brand OS is a living, breathing Notion dashboard — a place you actually visit when things feel fuzzy, when you forget how to use a piece of your brand, or when you're losing the plot.

It's not a finished PDF that sits in a desktop folder and never gets opened.

It's where your brand actually lives. Accessed daily. Refined often. Evolving forever — because you're never really done with your brand. It's meant to grow with you.

Inside the Brand OS, you'll:
  • Work through each week's exercises
  • Capture the a-ha moments as they hit
  • Invite me in for direct feedback on what you're building
  • Build out your series, scenes map, posting calendar
  • Operate from it — from your foundations to your weekly rhythm to what you post on a Thursday

Part journal. Part home base. Part operating system. The thing the whole program builds toward, and the thing you keep using long after the program wraps.

THE BRAND OS

I want my Brand OS →

"Brand, Lived is the program that helped me get to KNOW ME better. I have posted more since we started than I have collectively over the last three years. Not kidding at all."

— ESPERANZA LEBRON

How the six weeks unfold.

From foundations to operating-from. Six weeks designed to take you out of the spiral and into a brand you actually live in.

week by week

Decide what you actually want from your brand so every move you make ladders back to something real. Plus: meet your Brand OS.

BRAND DIRECTION

🐰

What do you actually believe? And how do we get you saying it — in your own voice?

POV WORK

🐰

Lock in the first version of your Brand OS. Pressure-test what feels sustainable. Reframe any "scaries" that crept in along the way. And set up the systems that'll keep you moving long after Round 2 wraps.

MAKING IT STICK

🐰

Findings into motion — actively, publicly, in real time. Not a sprint. A way of being. We experiment, we analyze, we refine, and we keep going. The point isn't a perfect post. The point is momentum. And momentum is everything.

GETTING VISIBLE

🐰

From brainstorming to experimenting. We try things before they're ready. Throw spaghetti at the wall. See what sticks and what doesn't. We trade perfect-on-paper for moving — because nothing teaches you faster than putting your work out and watching what happens. Movement, movement, movement.

CONTENT DEEP DIVE PART 2

🐰

A whole new way to think about content — one that revolves around you. Your real-life rhythm. Your schedule. Your established POVs. And everything happening inside your business — your products, your programs, your offers, the stories you're already living. Content stops being a separate to-do and starts pulling from the life you've already got.

CONTENT DEEP DIVE PART 1

🐰

It's not a course. It's a program with me in it.

I might be tagging you in your Notion dash at 11pm — but it'll be thoughtful, actionable feedback, not a copy-paste "good job!"

I'll push you when you need it. Hype you up when you don't. Urge you to get more specific, more yourself, more out there.

We're talking publicly and privately. Notion comments, Slack threads, voice notes, deep dives. The whole bit.

This is boot camp energy and summer camp energy in the same breath. Smack-some-loving-sense-into-you and I-will-hype-you-up — in the same voice note.

Is Brand, Lived Right For You?

✔ Creative founders, freelancers, and small-team owners who already have a brand but don't feel grounded in it

✔ People who did the logo/colors/moodboard work and are still stuck at the what do I actually post? doorway

✔ Founders ready to stop learning and start operating

✔ Service providers who want their brand to bring in their dream clients, not just any clients

✔ Builders who thrive in group energy and want the accountability of a real cohort — not a platform

✔ Solo founders who've outgrown winging it on social and want a system they can actually trust

who this is for:

🤠

✗ People starting from absolute scratch — you need at least the bones of a brand for this to catch

✗ Anyone looking for a watch-and-learn, self-paced course — this is hands-on and live

✗ Someone who wants a 1:1 engagement — this is a cohort program, and the cohort is the point

✗ People who think "more posting" is the only metric that matters

✗ Anyone hoping a brand glow-up will fix a deeper business problem

✗ Founders who don't have ~3–5 hours a week to actually show up

who This is not for:

"It's not even a program. It's a life changing experience."

Hi, I'm Melo — and I built this program for you.

your program host

Twelve years in branding and marketing. Hundreds of brands strategized, websites built, decks designed, copy written. I've spent more than a decade in the trenches of this work — figuring out what actually moves the needle versus what just looks good in a moodboard.

I've taken everything I've learned and molded it into Brand, Lived. This is the place where my POV is the sharpest, my craft runs the deepest, and I shine the brightest. I'm a lover of brand building. A maker of shit-clicking moments. A very persuasive cheerleader for the founders I work with.

Jersey girl, mom of two, certified brand whisperer — and founder of About Mondays, where I built the whole brand around the idea that Monday should feel like the start of a week you actually want to live in. Brand, Lived is that mission, made tangible.

Six weeks. One cohort. Brand work that fills you up instead of draining you.

A Brand OS you actually use — not a doc you starred once and never opened

Your Questions? I’ve Got Answers To Those

What kind of program is this, exactly?

Half foundational (POV, audience, brand identity), half execution (content rhythms, scenes, posting, the OS that holds it all). It's not a course you watch and abandon — it's a 6-week container where you build the whole thing in real time, with me and the rest of the group.

What are all the touchpoints during the program?

Live calls every Tuesday at 2:30pm EST. Brand Lounge Slack hours every Thursday at 2:30pm EST. Daily and ongoing back-and-forth in our private Slack space.

How much time per week?

About 3.5–5 hours, including the live call.

What if I need to miss a week?

Calls are recorded and you can catch up in Slack — but the live energy and staying in it is part of the magic. Plan for live as much as you can.

What else happens in our Slack space beyond the program content?

A lot. Round 1 had channels for everything — an Offer Lab where we worked through pricing and packages, a Content Lab where we brought ideas in to think out loud, a Brand Breakroom where we shared playlists and movie reviews and pop-culture moments, Flock Wins where we celebrated each other's milestones, and even a Slack Spiral channel for when someone needed pulling out of a rabbit hole. The program is the structure. The Slack is the home.

What kinds of transformations did the Founding Flock actually experience?

Real ones, across the board. Posting consistently for the first time in years. Going from aimless sharing to having a clear POV they trust. Going from holding their breath when they hit publish to "I don't even check the app after I post." Reframing their brand from a thing they tinker with into something they live in. New language for what they do. New friends. New confidence in what they charge. (The full quotes are scattered through this page — keep scrolling.)

Is Brand, Lived only for personal brands?

Brand, Lived is best suited for brands where there's a front-runner — when the founder's presence is the brand or at least a major part of it. A lot of the exercises and frameworks can definitely apply to other dynamics, but for the cleanest fit, that's who I built this for.

Is there homework?

Yes. It's doable. You'll be glad for it.

What if I've never been in a cohort program?

Perfect — most of the Founding Flock hadn't either. They became actual friends.

Are there payment plans? What about refunds?

You can pay in full, or split into 2 payments. Because this is a small cohort and your spot is held the moment you sign up, refunds aren't offered — but if your circumstances genuinely change before the program starts, reach out and we'll figure something out.

Do I keep access to the materials?

Yes, forever.

Can my team member join with me?

One seat per person!

Round 2 is 15 spots.
36 people are already on the waitlist.
